Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a convenient location near the Nuremberg station, but the rooms are small, lack AC, and are a bit far from the entrance. The service was a mix of pleasant and rude experiences, with the staff accommodating despite some rudeness. Dining offers a good variety of options and the facilities are satisfactory.
Although the construction work on our floor affected the room's size and the night's temperature was uncomfortable due to the heat, the hotel provided a great service with professional and English-speaking staff. The location, coupled with a beautiful unblocked view and private parking, was very satisfactory, making it a convenient choice close to the train station. The dining experience offered varied choices but had some downsides. Overall, the hotel facilities were decent with minor inconveniences.
The hotel's multiple levels accessed by a unique elevator and stairs setup may not be ideal for everyone, but the clean and standard comfy rooms with great bathrooms offer a comfortable stay. The extremely helpful service, despite some busyness, attends to every request well. The location is very convenient near the main train station, though the loudspeaker announcements can be a downside. The dining experience offers good options, including organic products. Overall, a decent value for the experience.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a long way from the reception, but they were clean and okay. It was very clean and comfortable, conveniently near the train station. However, the rooms are very old and lack air-conditioners.
The hotel's location is its best asset, making arrival and departure easy and convenient for both city exploration and train travel. The rooms, although small and tired, offer views of the train station from the 3rd floor accessible via a unique elevator and multiple staircases. The service was outstanding with extremely friendly and helpful staff, exemplified by a delightful interaction with a staff member sharing travel tips. The facilities are top-notch, including a large parking space and excellent dining options.
